We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our return process is straightforward.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is usually faster than an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Free of signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Items that arrive defective or damaged qualify for return regardless of the above, provided you notify us within the return window.
Return Shipping Cost
We provide free returns. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping charge. The cost of return shipping is covered by us in both of the following situations:
- Defective or incorrect item: We cover return shipping and will make it right.
- Change of mind (remorse): We also cover return shipping, as part of our free return policy.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@cultgaiamalls.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel at the carrier location specified in our instructions.
- Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. The refund will appear on your statement within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable. If an item is non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page before purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
