Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. This processing window gives our warehouse team enough time to pick, pack, and hand your parcel to the carrier.
Delivery Area
We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory. We also cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. Orders with an ineligible address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping applies to every eligible order within the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum purchase amount required. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay; we do not add shipping charges.
Carrier Selection
Depending on the destination state, we select the most suitable carrier from our logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will appear in your shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

The transit time above is the carrier’s estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak season, or unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on cultgaiamalls.com. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any order. No tax is calculated or added at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan, and we will open a carrier claim and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
